Car dealershipsThe stock sells twice: online and on the forecourt.
A vehicle video is the first test drive a buyer takes, and the Presence plan delivers 16 pieces a month on each of the 2 managed channels. Whoever watches it and is convinced calls exactly while you are negotiating with somebody else.
Included work
What we produce and what we cover.
The work splits in two: showing the stock to people who have not walked in yet, and taking the call from people who already looked. Every piece goes out after your approval, in the real format of the channel.
How we film on the forecourt
Filming at the dealership is organised in half days with a photographer, lights and lenses, and covers 2 formats: vertical for social, photographic for listings and the website. Quoted after a site visit.
What we publish each month
The dealership calendar is 16 pieces a month on each channel with Presence (€490 per month) and 24 with Growth (€990 per month). Copy, editing and publishing across 2 channels are included.
Where the requests end up
The landing page is the form that turns a video into a test drive request, from €19.90 per month excluding VAT. Forms, statistics and the link to campaigns are included.
When the dealership is full
The phone assistant is what holds the line when everybody is busy: from €199 per month with 300 minutes included. It informs, books the appointment and passes the call on when the request falls outside the rules.
What the assistant does not say
Trade-ins, discounts and valuations stay outside the answers loaded into the 300 minutes of the plan: the assistant takes the details and hands over to a person. You write the handover rules at setup.
How people find you
Being found is work on 3 fronts: page structure, the search intent of somebody looking for a used car nearby, and readability for search engines and AI answer systems. Quoted after an audit.
Vehicles uploaded automatically
Vehicle records enter the website without being retyped: they are uploaded once and update themselves when the stock changes.
Images processed in batches
Vehicle photos are cropped, standardised and prepared for listings and social in a single pass, not one at a time.
Method
How it works for car dealerships, step by step
- 01
What we look at on the site visit
The site visit is the half day when we measure space, light and the hours of the forecourt, and pick the 2 windows in which filming does not stop a negotiation. We also look at the workshop, the handovers and the people: that is the material a listings portal does not have.
- 02
How we film the stock
The shoot is a single half-day block: vehicles ready, photographer with lights and lenses, 2 formats collected in the same pass. From there come the calendar weeks of the active plan, and nobody returns a second time to redo the same shots.
- 03
When the content goes out
Publishing is scheduled on the 2 channels of the plan and starts only after you have seen the edited piece. With Presence that is 16 posts a month per channel, with Growth 24 plus one SEO + GEO article. No surprise posts.
- 04
Where the requests arrive
Requests from posts, campaigns and the phone are collected in one place: the website form, the log of calls covered by the 300 monthly minutes, and appointments already booked. The ones outside the rules reach a person at the dealership, with the name and the reason already noted.
FAQ
Car dealerships: the questions we get before we start
How do you film the vehicles without stopping the dealership?
Filming is organised in blocks inside a half day, in the windows the site visit shows to be quietest, and it feeds the calendar of the Presence plan at €490 per month. The photographer arrives with lights and lenses, shoots the vehicles that are ready and moves aside when a customer walks in. A full day is only needed with more locations or more people in front of the camera. Editing happens afterwards, and you see the finished piece before it is published.
What content does a dealership need beyond the listings?
The content that sets a dealership apart is what a portal does not host: handovers, the workshop, the history of the vehicles and the people who work on them, 16 a month per channel with Presence. The listing states price and mileage; the rest shows who the buyer would be dealing with. The calendar is agreed together and every piece passes your approval before it goes out, in the real format of the channel.
What can the phone assistant say about a vehicle for sale?
The phone assistant is limited to the information you load — opening hours, availability, trim levels, appointments — and works within the 300 minutes a month of the entry plan, 5 hours of conversation. Trade-in valuations, discounts and negotiations stay with a person at the dealership, following the rules written at setup. Callers know from the first sentence that they are speaking to an assistant, because it does not pretend to be a salesperson.
How much does managed social cost for a dealership?
Managed social for a dealership is €490 per month with Presence and €990 per month with Growth, which adds 24 pieces a month per channel and one SEO + GEO article. Filming on the forecourt is quoted separately, because it depends on the vehicles, the space and the people to be filmed. Fees exclude VAT and stay public on the website, with no reserved price list.
How does the dealership website compare with a listings portal?
The dealership website is where a request stays yours instead of becoming a portal contact, from €19.90 per month, and the project becomes yours after 12 months of the fee. Portals exist to be found; the page exists to collect. Forms and statistics show which content brought the requests, and campaigns land there rather than on a record shared with your competitors.
Why do you not guarantee a number of sales?
Sales are not a result a supplier can guarantee: they depend on price, stock, finance and how the negotiation goes on the floor, not on the 16 pieces that go out each month. What we do commit to is the process — material produced consistently, published after your approval, requests that get an answer. We write it that way in the proposal too, because a promise of sales would be a promise nobody can keep.
Where do the contacts from the website and the phone end up?
The contacts are yours and stay in the dealership systems: within the 300 monthly minutes the assistant records the outcome and a summary of the call, while audio recording is not on by default. We process only what the activated service requires and we do not use client material to train models. Access and deletion can be requested at any time, and the request is handled at no cost.
How do you handle paid campaigns?
Paid campaigns sit outside the Presence and Growth plans, which cover 2 channels growing organically, and belong to a separate agreed configuration. The budget paid to the platform stays separate from the fee and under your control, on your own advertising accounts. Objectives, spending limits and management are put in writing before any advert goes live.
